(Undated) -- The Denver Nuggets and Detroit Pistons have reportedly come to terms on a four-player deal that would send guard Allen Iverson to the Motor City.
ESPN says the Pistons would send guard Chauncey Billups, forward Antonio McDyess and center Cheikh Samb to the Nuggets. The network says the deal has not been finalized. "A.I." has averaged 18.7 points and 6.7 assists for 1-and-2 Denver to start the season.
He was the NBA Rookie of the Year in 1997 and the league's MVP in 2001. Billups is a Denver native and played collegiately at Colorado. In two games for the Pistons, he's averaged 12.5 points and 7.5 assists per game.
McDyess has averaged seven points per contest for Detroit this season, while Samb has not played so far for the undefeated Pistons on the young season.
