A lot of so-called experts probably didn't give the Arizona Cardinals much chance of going deep into the post-season. Sure they won their division but not exactly the leagues toughest. But the Cards showed they've made a lot of progress in the desert.
They plucked the Falcons 30-24 at University of Phoenix Stadium Saturday afternoon.
It's only the third playoff win in franchise history and the last time the Cardinals won the championship they nested in Chicago in 1947.
The Cardinals will either take on the Giants or the Panthers next weekend.
