Some schools seem to have a revolving door at the coaching position but Florida State has had one football coach for over three decades. Bobby Bowden has signed a one-year deal to coach his 34th season in Tallahassee. Bowden took over the FSU job in 1976 to coach a program that was in danger of being dropped after winning only four games in three years. Bowden has one less career win than Penn State's Joe Paterno who just inked a three-year extension. Bowden has an option that runs through 2010.
