Vick one step closer to starting for Lions

An attorney for former NFL quarterback Michael Vick – he’s got a dogfighting problem you know – says the one-time Atlanta Falcon could be moved from a federal prison in Kansas to a halfway house in Virginia by next month. And he’ll be taking snaps for the Lions by training camp. I’m kidding about the Lions part. Kinda.
