It was the stuff of WNBA legend Sunday night at Eastern Michigan’s Convocation Center when the Detroit Shock swept their way to their 3rd WNBA Championship in 6 seasons. The 76-60 win was made possible by 18 points from Katie Smith who was named Finals MVP. The Shock played in Ypsilanti because of a scheduling conflict at the Palace.
