by Dan Cash

From Sports Network:

"Ball State wide receiver Dante Love will never play again after suffering a cervical spine fracture and a spinal cord injury during Saturday night's 42-20 victory at Indiana."

A full blown star Wide Receiver for the 4-0 Ball State Cardinals Dante' Love will probably never play football again. Love was hit by an Indiana player's helemt during the 1st quarter of Ball State's win Saturday.

He layed motionless on the turf for nearly 20 minutes before an ambulance carted him off to an immediate 5-hour-surgery to fix a cervical spine fracture and a spinal cord injury.
