The Cubs crushed the Padres Thursday 11-3 completing the three-game sweep at Wrigley. The Cubs extended San Diego’s current road losing streak to 11 – their longest such slump in 38 years! 31 year-old rookie Bobby Scales had a pair of two-run doubles for Chicago. The Cubs kick off another three game home stand today with Houston.
