In the Big Ten the Michigan State Spartans clinched at least a share of the Big Ten Title with a 74-66 win at Illinois Sunday evening. The 23-5 Spartans were led by 18 points from Kalin Lucas and 14 from Raymar Morgan.
The win was a battle throughout as the Spartans threatened to pull away several times before the Illini fought their way back to keep it close before free throws pushed the Spartans to an 8-point-win. Up next MSU heads to Indiana on Tuesday.
