Red Wings Shut Out Blues

filed by Larry Long

It was Chris Osgood grabbing his first shut-out of the year with 22 saves as the Red Wings embarrassed the Blues in St. Louis.
It was a close call for Marian Hossa, back after a neck injury when he was checked then rammed head first into the boards. He was down for several minutes before being carried off in a stretcher. He seems to be ok.
