The Pittsburgh Steelers Are World Champions...

A back and forth affair showcased one of the better Super Bowls in recent history Sunday evening. The Pittsburgh Steelers fought back in the final minutes to hold off the streaking Arizona Cardinals 27-23. With less than a minute to play Ben Roethlisberger found Santonio Holmes in the right corner of the end zone for a tip-toe game winning touchdown to give the Steelers their 6th Super Bowl win in franchise history.

Holmes was named Super Bowl MVP while Arizona Cardinals Wide Receiver Larry Fitzgerald broke Jerry Rice's NFL post-season record for touchdowns with 7...including 2 on the evening. Fitzgerald gave the Cardinals the lead on a 64-yard-touchdown catch with only 2:37 remaining.

The catch however was not enough as Roethlisberger marched down the field to score in the final moments on the pass to Holmes. The win is the Steelers 2nd Super Bowl win in 4 years winning in Detroit in 2006.
