K-College Men's Tennis wins season-opener over Case Western, falls later to Kenyon


The men's tennis team won its season-opener 8-1 over Case Western on Saturday, Feb. 7 at Kenyon College. The Hornets played Kenyon later in the day and lost 8-1. In the opener against Case Western, Jason Brown led the way with a 6-1, 7-5 win at one singles. Brown and Cyrus Jadun won 8-3 at one doubles. Against #8 Kenyon, Alex Dombos won the Hornets' only point with a 7-6, 6-4 win at six singles. Kalamazoo plays its home opener on Sunday against Wisconsin-Whitewater at 2:30 p.m. in the Markin Center.
