The Western Michigan women's basketball team aims to break the single-game attendance record when it hosts Bowling Green Saturday at noon. The game will be aired on ESPNU, the first nationally televised women's basketball game from University Arena.
The Broncos are looking to make it two straight against the Falcons, after defeating Bowling Green on the road last year, 79-73. It was the first win for WMU over BGSU since the 2003-04 season. The Falcons, four-time consecutive Mid-American Conference regular season champions, lead the league again this year with an 8-0 MAC record. The Broncos are looking to break a three-game losing streak.
