Western Michigan football has been searching for a new quarterbacks coach. Wouldn’t it be great if they find could someone uniquely familiar with Bronco football, perhaps someone who played their college ball there, actually quarterbacked for Western? Even better would be if, as a player, he tied for all time best completion percentage at 60.2% and sixth all-time in passing yards! How about if he led WMU to their first bowl game in almost 20 years? What else would be cool is if he was a graduate offensive assistant for the Broncos’ explosive offense last year. Oh, it wouldn’t hurt if he was the coach’s son too. Hmm, but who could we get like that? Meet the new boss, same as the old boss – your new Broncos quarterbacks coach, Ryan Cubit! No pressure or anything Ryan, but we expect a MAC title.
