The Broncos picked up their first MAC loss on the season in Muncie Tuesday night as Ball State stifled Western for a 50 to 44 win. The Bronco defense did well holding the Cardinals to 34% shooting but that was still enough as Western only shot 27% from the field. The Broncos stay on the road for a Saturday afternoon match-up with Eastern Michigan.
