With Mike Holmgren deciding enough was enough after ending a decade of coaching with a 4 and 12 record Seattle decided to try Jim Mora, a defensive expert for a change. Holmgren was a offense man as have the majority of Seahawk coaches. Mora is no stranger to head coaching and will inject a burst of energy in contrast to the quieter Holmgren who despite a poor season is after all the 10th winningest coach in the NFL.
