Eight football players from Texas A&M have been arrested after being accused of burglary and assault of another student. The resident of an apartment who is not a football player apparently uttered a racial slur to another person who then left the apartment and returned with a group of students a short time later. Two people reportedly broke into the apartment through a bedroom window then let the rest of the group in and assaulted the resident. If convicted the players could receive fines and jail time.
