The Lady Broncos had some hot hands in the first half shooting 61% from the floor and led at halftime. However the Toledo Rockets spoiled Western’s conference opener 69-64. Hitting five of six from the line in the last seconds put it on ice for Toledo. The Bronco ladies play at home against Ball State Saturday afternoon in another MAC showdown. The Broncos are now 4 and 10 overall.
