Rather than the lump of coal that some MSU and LSU fans think he should get, Alabama coach Nick Saban will be finding a Coach of the Year award in his stocking this year. Saban, who coached the Spartans from ’95 to ’99, went 12-and-1 with the Crimson Tide this year and easily outdid his closest competition, Texas Tech’s Mike Leach.
