While it was good news in Kalamazoo...Detroit was a different story for NFL Fans. The Detroit Lions are now 0-13 after squandering an early lead en route to a 20-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Ford Field was as empty as it's been in years falling over 8000 tickets short of a sellout. Adrian Peterson fumbled 3 times for the Vikings...all 3 of which were recovered by the Vikings.
Marinelli has now lost 20-of-21 games dating back to last season...including 14 in-a-row dating back to the Lions season ending loss to the Green Bay Packers. Wide Receiver Calvin Johnson caught 3 passes for 84 yards and a touchdown.
The Lions chances at a win this season now become very bleak. Only Indianapolis, New Orleans at Ford Field and a season finale at Green Bay remain for the Lions this season.
