Jamarko Simmons, Louis Delmas and Austin Pritchard were selected to the ALL-MAC 1st team followed by 9 other Broncos on the 2nd and 3rd teams Wednesday. Simmons led the Broncos during the regular season with 98 catches for 1184 yards and 7 touchdowns on the season. Delmas on the other hand led the Broncos defense with 4 interceptions.
Other All-MAC selections included Zach Davidson, EJ Biggers and Branden Ledbetter grabbing 2nd team honors and Tim Hiller, Brandon West, Boston McCornell, Juan Nunez and Phillip Swanson taking home 3rd team All-MAC. The Broncos are still waiting to discover which Bowl they will be participating in.
Simmons was selected for the 2nd straight year, while the Broncos had at least 10 All-MAC Selections for the 2nd straight year as well. The Broncos are expecting to find out sometime next week where they will be playing come Bowl season.
