Toledo's Tom Amstutz on the Bronco Review Tonight

by Dan Cash

This week WMU welcomes the Toledo Rockets to Waldo Stadium. The Broncos are in search of their 9th win of the season against the 2-7 Rockets. It’s been an up and down season for a Toledo team that beat Michigan while losing by 1 point to Fresno State and Central Michigan. Head Coach Tom Amstutz is being re-assigned within the Athletic Department after the season. He says it was time.

The Broncos on the other hand are coming off one of their best defensive efforts all season against Illinois. WMU Safety Louis Delmas says he’s not worried about an Illinois hangover…because the Broncos always come prepared.

WMU Head Coach Bill Cubit it 2-1 against the Rockets including a victory last season at Toledo. The Powertrip Tailgate Show begins Saturday at 11:30 across from Lot 95 on Oliver Street. We’ll be sampling Powertrip Energy Drink to all the fans that stop by. The Broncos and Rockets kick off at 2PM.
