It’s been 3 days since the Detroit Red Wings took the ice against the New York Rangers at Joe Louis Arena. In that time Darren McCarty cleared waivers and can now be sent to the Grand Rapids Griffins without fear of another NHL team claiming him.
The Wings are finally back in action Wednesday with coverage beginning at 8:10 against the St. Louis Blues on 1660 THE FAN.
