Matt Millen Means Nothing, Lions Fall Again

by Dan Cash

Even without Matt Millen staring down the Lions from the press box...nothing changed Sunday. They came out uninspired early and often in a 34-7 Chicago Bears blowout win Sunday afternoon.

Bears Quarterback Kyle Orton completed 24-of-34 passes for 334 yards and 2 touchdowns en route to the win, while Lions Quarterback Jon Kitna was pulled in the 2nd half because of back spasms.

The Lions fall to 0-4 with the loss while the Bears improved to 3-2 on the season with the win. Up next the Lions are in Minnesota next Sunday against Adrian Peterson and the Vikings.

Coverage begins at Noon Sunday on 590 KZO.
