In Detroit the WNBA’s Shock have advanced to their 2nd straight WNBA Championship Series after beating the New York Liberty 77-73 in game 3 Monday at the Palace.
Katie Smith scored 16 points in the Shock win. The Shock now head to San Antonio for game 1 of the WNBA Finals Wednesday against the San Antonio Silver Stars.
