At Shea Stadium the New York Mets got a solid outing from Johan Santana to beat the Cubs 6-2 Tuesday. Santana fired 8 innings, allowing only 2 runs on 7 hits to improve to 15-7 on the season.
Tonight the Cubs and Mets play game three of their series with coverage beginning at 6:35 on Kalamazoo’s 1660 THE FAN.
